Welcome to the VisionOhio free Preliminary Assessment of Church-Planting Potential (PACPP).   This very brief assessment is part of a battery of assessments, interviews and training that we use to identify, train and coach North American church-planters.  This initial assessment is very brief and uses 16 simple yes or no questions to investigate the following 16 areas:
